Gina Cavalier, co-chair of the Women in Technology Hollywood’s (WiTH) new Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging Committee, is offering free, online meditations to members of the WiTH community every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, via her Valley Village, Calif.-based company The Liberated Healer.
“We will be running this free meditation every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and feel free to invite anyone who you feel will resonate,” Cavalier said.
Running from 8:30-9 a.m., the online meditations are offered via Zoom, with attendees encouraged to wear whatever they feel comfortable in, with lighting, blankets and water in their personal space recommended. Attendees can leave their cameras on or off for the entire period and a chair with a strong back is recommended during the meditation.
