Those who are usually considered indispensable at their organization don’t just perform well, or impact the bottom line in a positive way. Their presence, “who” they are and that relation to everything they do is just as important.
That’s according to Nancy D. Solomon, CEO and founder of The Leadership Incubator, who on June 25 at noon PT will offer a unique and dynamic presentation centered around turning your potential into real-world results, in the Women in Technology Hollywood (WiTH) presentation “IMPACT! The Single Most Effective Strategy for Turning Your Potential into Performance.”
Solomon, who’s made a career out of helping leaders identify, address, and resolve employee problems before they become profit problems, is a regular keynote speaker, expert trainer and veteran coach, who’s been called on to help out companies like Microsoft, Target, Acura, Westin and Nordstrom.
Attendees of the June 25 workshop will be asked to consider the most important questions that need answering before you can meet your most potential:

• What undermines your impact?
• What increases your impact?
• How does your organization impact you and your career success?
Solomon aims to teach those in attendance a variety of ways to increase awareness of (and responsibility for) your impact, things they can begin doing now to positively impact and influence your organization’s vision, mission and goals, and how to act more authentically, and encourage others to follow you.
