MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: Dec. 12-16

Zendesk talks the future of artificial intelligence in CX, PacketFabric shares why NaaS is the future of networking, and Tech Mahindra holds a women in technology webinar that tackles how to turn the notion of unconscious Bias into intentional inclusion.

Those are just a few of the events from the MESA community the week of Dec. 12-16, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• Zendesk’s “Cue the Sparkling: The Future of AI in CX” will see CTO Adrian McDermott lead attendees through his insights on AI’s next frontier, its impact to CX, and how to stay on the cutting-edge of your customer experience — sprinkled with a little holiday spirit. There isn’t a holiday season without something sparkling (wine, tinsel, family time–take your pick!). And there isn’t modern customer experience without AI.

• Ken Gerstein, VP of sales for NAGRA anti-piracy and NexGuard, and Olga Kornienko, co-founder and COO of EZDRM, will take part in the Future of Video panel “Password Sharing: Protecting Content with New Revenue Models.” Password sharing has become a hot optic as foundation streaming services explore business models to recoup lost revenue for password sharing. This session explores the advantages and disadvantages of implementing strategies to address password sharing, optimise potential resulting revenue growth, and preserve customer goodwill.

Wednesday:

• “Why NaaS is the Future of Networking” will feature Ken Gray, senior director of market research and analysis for PacketFabric, and Chris Grundemann, technology analyst. With today’s unprecedented capacity demands, enterprises are looking for faster ways to scale their infrastructure. Traditional telcos can’t keep up the pace when their legacy models can take 30, 60, or even up to 90 days to deploy services. The as-as-service approach to networking delivers new levels of automation, customer satisfaction, and speed to innovation that modern enterprises crave. In this webinar, speakers will discuss: the rise of “XaaS” and how the as-a-service model is disrupting network management, and why automation, self-service, and flexible consumption models are important factors for an as-a-service approach to networking + How to connect to a wide ecosystem of providers using the PacketFabric network.

Thursday:

• Tech Mahindra’s “Women In Leadership: Intentional Inclusion” webinar will see a host of speakers talk about how to change the notion of Unconscious Bias to become Intentional Inclusion. The key here is to make conscious decisions to include and value women in the workplace, especially in technology. Hear from industry experts and learn from their experiences on the topic of how they found their voice, how they made sure they had a seat at the table and how they have helped others to understand that there are still perceptions issues that had to and still need to change.
