STEM Advantage Honors WiTH, Sony at Sept. 9 Gala

STEM Advantage, the nonprofit organization providing science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) career opportunities to California State University students, will honor both Women in Technology Hollywood (WiTH) and Sony Pictures Entertainment during a Sept. 9 fundraising gala at Sony Pictures Studios.

“We appreciate all that you’ve done as individuals and leaders in your organizations and as part of the broader community to inspire and support our scholars,” STEM Advantage said in a statement announcing the event, which will include catering by Wolfgang Puck, networking, and Frank Mottek from “Mottek on Money” as the emcee.


The event is being sponsored by Farmers Insurance, Reddit, SIM Southern California, TheTradeDesk, ADP, Laserfiche, Respawn Entertainment, Software One, Sony Pictures, Watson, Deloitte, Enterprise, Internet Brands, KPMG, Hermosa Friends Foundation, Point B, Shawmut, Workshop Creative, and Aerospace.
