Beate Chelette, growth architect and founder of The Women’s Code, a professional empowerment group for women, and programming co-chair for Women in Technology Hollywood (WiTH), is hosting a free, four-day “Passion to Profits” framework challenge Oct. 16-19, which helps individuals calculate what earning potential their expertise and skill set has in today’s market.
The four-day challenge aims to answer the question “What’s your talent worth?” The harsh reality is that there is very little job security and large companies have done and will continue to do massive layoffs.
This challenge is for anyone who wants to find out what their earning potential as a freelancer, consultant or coach would be in this market.
Beate will introduce for the very first time her Profit Formula, a simple calculation where attendees will be able to find out how much your skill and expertise is worth in this market and what future earning potential could be. Also discussed will be whether attendees should pivot into something more profitable, add a side hustle, or go out on their own.
