We have all heard it, said it or thought it. During this thought provoking Connection Corner we are taking on stereotypes between Gen Z, Millennials Gen X and Baby Boomers and will address common miscommunications and misconceptions about other generations.  In this interactive session you are invited to share the judgements you yourself have heard or have pushed against. Our panel will show you how to turn generational friction into a positive inclusive learning culture. 

You will walk away with not just an increased self-awareness around our own sentiments toward other generations but ideas of how you can initiate more unity, recognizing, respecting and overcoming challenges in cross-generational culture.  You will leave motivated to turn communication challenges into learning opportunities that strengthen your teams through experience sharing, curiosity and asking the right questions.
